ECTS Chairman Congratulates Edo state SA on Diaspora Matters on Appointment

The Chairman, Edo City Transport Services, ECTS, Hon. Robert Okoinemen, in a Press statement Dated 7th July 2026, and signed by him, has congratulated Hon. Francis G. Okoyo, (GFO) on his recent appointment as the Special Adviser on Diaspora Affairs to Edo State Governor.

The statement, reads in part; "I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Francis G. Okoyo on your well-deserved appointment as Special Adviser on Diaspora Affairs to the Executive Governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo".


"This appointment is a clear recognition of your unwavering commitment, leadership, and dedication to the progress of Edo State. I am confident that your wealth of experience and passion for engaging Edo sons and daughters across the globe will greatly strengthen the relationship between the State Government and the diaspora community while attracting meaningful partnerships and development opportunities".


"As you assume this important responsibility, I pray that God grant you wisdom, strength, and divine guidance to deliver exceptional service and contribute significantly to the realization of the administration's vision for a greater Edo State".

Hon. Okoinemen, also prayed that the tenure of the new Special Adviser on Diaspora Matters be marked by excellence, innovation, and outstanding service to Edo State.

Hon. Francis G. Okoyo, (GFO) a Chartered Accountant and International Business man, hails from Ugboha in Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State.
