Esan Central LG Boss Pays 2025 13th Month Salary
...says, a happy staff, is a motivated staff.

As part of the initiative to encourage staff of the Local Government, boost morale and the spirit of belonging, the Chairman, Esan Central Local Government, ECLG, area, Rt. Hon. Kelvin Ainiyalenhimi Iyere, has paid the 13th month salary for the staff of Esan Central Local Government Area.
The Chairman, in an exclusive chat with Winning Media, explained that, it is a way of motivating the staff of the local government area to do more, and also have a sense of belonging as a stake holder in the local government council.
He said; "... though, this is not a new phenomenon, I consider it a good idea. It is aimed at motivating our staff to be committed to their respective responsibilities".
"...a happy individual, is a motivated and committed person to his duties and responsibilities. With this payment, I don't expect anything less than a hundred percent commitment from my staff, because, to whom more is given, more is expected".
The thirteenth month salary, is the additional one month salary paid to staff after the December salary.
