Gov. Okpebholo Commissions Lockup Stores Constructed By Esan Central LG Chairman

Today, Friday 28th of November 2025, his Excellency Governor Monday Okpebholo, the executive governor of Edo state, commissioned the block of 50 lock-up stores, in Eguare-Irrua, Esan Central Local Government Area of Edo state; a project executed by Rt. Hon. Kelvin Ainiyalenhimi Iyere, the Chairman, Esan Central Local Government, ECLG, Area of Edo state.
Commissioning the edifice, the governor of Edo state, represented by state's All Progressives, Congress, APC, Chairman, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, commended Rt. Hon. Iyere, the Chairman of the local government For a job well done, saying; “… From what I am seeing here today, and a number of other projects that the Chairman has executed, I am happy that we have a Chairman who is supporting the governor of Edo state in ensuring that practical governance is felt by the people at the grassroot.”
“...the Deputy state Chairman has already advised the ALGON Chairman to ensure that the development we are seeing here today are replicated by all the local government Chairmen in the state”.
“Chairman, we want to thank you again for what you are doing, and I also want to thank the leaders of the party in this local government for encouraging you”.
“I, Emperor Jarret Tenebe, by the powers conferred on me by the executive governor of Edo state, I commission this block of lock-up stores in the name of the father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit”.
Other personalities also present at the commissioning ceremony include; the Deputy Chairman of Edo state APC, Hon. Sylvester Oigboboh, the Edo Central Senatorial District Leader, Gen. Cecil Esekaigbe, Rtd. The Esan Central APC, Chairman, Hon. Ason Ekeoba, The Majority Leader, Edo state House Assembly, EDHA, Rt. Hon. Jonathan Ibhamawu, the Edo State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Hon. Lucky Eseigbe, all the Members of the Legislative Arm of Esan Central Local Government area, the Secretary to the Local Government area, Pastor Davies Oigbochie, Palace Chiefs from the Okaijesan of Esanland, who represented the Ojirrua of Irrua and Okaijesan of Esanland, and a host of several others.
