For too long, Esan Central local government area, a land richly blessed with fertile soil, hardworking farmers, and an unbreakable spirit, has not received the agricultural attention it truly deserves. Our fathers and mothers have toiled on the land, our youths have inherited the passion for farming, yet the full potential of our agricultural strength remains untapped. This, is perhaps due to the array of several other challenges that we have been facing. But I say to you... today, that time is over, as a new era is coming.

Above, was the response of Prince Abdullahi Momodu, aka Supalee, when asked to unveil his plan on Agriculture, for Esan Central Local Government Area, if he eventually becomes the Chairman of the local government area, come 2026 Edo state local government elections.

In an exclusive chat with Winning Media Online, Prince Abdullahi said; "...An era of Agricultural revival, empowerment, and prosperity, is coming".

"...under my watch as Chairman of Esan Central Local Government area, agriculture will not just be about planting crops; it will also be about planting hope, feeding families, creating jobs, and building wealth for our people. Under my administration, agriculture will no longer be left at the mercy of chance or neglected by poor planning. We will treat it as the economic backbone, because, agriculture Is our future".

Prince Abdullahi, who said, his vision is to transform Esan Central into a thriving agricultural hub that feeds communities and sustains the economy, also added that; "our farmers have carried this local government on their shoulders for decades. They deserve more than words, they deserve action. Therefore, as Chairman of Esan Central Local Government Area, farmers will receive access to modern tools, quality seedlings, fertilizers, and financial support through cooperative schemes and government-backed grants".

When he eventually becomes the Chairman of the local government area, Prince Abdullahi promise to work hand-in-hand with Edo state agricultural agencies, Non Governmental Organisations, NGOs, and private investors to bring resources directly to the farmers; saying; "no farmer in Esan Central should struggle alone again. My administration will stand with them, support them, and celebrate them.
