We Are Identifying Avenues To Improve On Our Service Deliveries

The Chairman of the Management Board, Edo City Transport Services, ECTS, Hon. Chief Robert Okoinemen, has pointed out that Edo State City Transport Services, is poised to take transport service delivery of the agency, to the next level, saying; "since my assumption of office as the Chairman of the Board, the members of my Board and I, have been working round the clock to identify avenues of improving on service delivery of the agency.
Chief Okoinemen made this known in a chat with our Correspondent today, in Benin City.
Continuing, Chief Okoinemen said; "...a lot of renovations and innovations in the agency, are underway. We are identifying avenues to improve on our service deliveries to the people of Edo state. So many things are not right, and we are going to straighten them out. We will collaborate with Edo state Transport Control and Management Agency, EDSTMA, and every other agencies that are relevant to our operations, to achieve our goals".
"Today, I was in the office of the Managing Director, Edo State Public Building Maintenance Agency, Hon. Okoyomon Bawa Mohammed. We had a very robust discussion, and of course, I also discovered certain anomalies, which will be corrected in due course".

"There is no doubting the fact that, Edo state governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, is passionate about making life easy for the people of Edo state, and the services that ECTS delivers to the people is one of the key services that will ameliorate life for our people; in view of this, ECTS must be on its toes, we must not rest on our oars". He said.
The Chairman, ECTS, who acknowledged the fact that the agency is operating in a very competitive business environment, also pointed out that ECTS has an edge, saying; "...we know we have an edge, and every loophole will be blocked, so we can create a new Edo City Transport Services as a new Edo state is rising".
The Chairman, Edo City Transport Services, ECTS, Hon. Chief Robert Okoinemen, who officially resumed duty on the 1st of September, 2025, has since hit the ground running in making innovations that are aimed at creating a new ECTS, as a new Edo state is rising.
