...People Of Uzea Resolve To Support Ikpea

On Thursday, 7th August 2025, at Ewoiki, in Uzea Community, where High Chief Robert Okoinemen, aka Oduma Of the Universe, gathered the people, to speak to them on why they should support Dr. Joseph Ikpea, the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate in the upcoming Edo central Senatorial district bye-election, the people of Ewoiki-Uzea unanimously agreed to throw their weight behind the APC candidate, because of the way Senator Monday Okpebholo, the governor of Edo state, has been showing example of practical governance, as they say, Dr. Ikpea at the Senate, will compliment the developmental efforts of the governor of Edo state.
Speaking, Chief Okoinemen said; "we cannot afford to be in the opposition, we must win our units and wards for Joe Ikpea, so we can also be a part of the success story of the incoming Senator".

Those present at the meeting, include; Chief Okosun, the Idanojie of Uzea Chief Aigbokhan, Chief Iyere, a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, leader, Hon. Sunday Asibor and a host of others.
