NURTW, Edo state Chapter, Rebranded, after Two Decades -Edo State Chairman

The newly inaugurated Chairman of Edo state Chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW, Comrade Saturday Oamen, has revealed that; "... with the inauguration of this new Edo State executive council of the the union, Edo state will witness a brand new, and rebranded National Union of Road Transport Workers".
Comrade Oamen made this known, in an exclusive chat with Winning Media Online, on Thursday, after he and other members of executive of the Union were inaugurated by the national body.
Continuing, the Chairman of Edo state Chapter of the union, who said; "you will recall that I sometimes ago, mentioned that as a body, we have resolved to portray a new image of the union, especially bearing in mind that our members have been well trained in-house to manage interpersonal relationships as well as their relationships with the members of the public", also added that, with this inauguration, we are poised to make our governor, and Edo State proud.
Comrade Oamen thanked the governor of Edo state, Governor Monday Okpebholo for lifting the ban on the activities of the union, saying, the Union has already keyed into the vision of Governor Monday Okpebholo for Edo State.
Other members of executive that were inaugurated together with the state chairman, are; Julius Agbonze the Vice Chairman, Godwin Aghimien, Secretary, Osaretin Igbinoghene, Treasurer, Brimoh Salami, State Trustee 1, Osasu Eke, Organising Secretary, Abiodun Ayonite, First Vice, Samson Ojeawere, Second Vice and Henry Omagbon, Third vice.
Others are; Godwin Ugiagbe, Financial Secretary, Godspower Ogbomon, Assistant Secretary, Nosa Aideyan, State Auditor, Zakawanu Garuba, Assistant Auditor, Peter Iyase, State Trustee II, David Ojo, Assistant Treasurer and John Imafidon State Trustee III.
The executive members of the national body that were present at the event, include, the National Chairman, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya, aka MC Oluomo, the National General Secretary, Comrade Kayode Agbeyangi, the National Treasurer, Alhaji Bello Zuberu and the President, Edo state chapter of the National Labour Congress, NLC, Comrade Bernard Joman.
