Akpakomiza Support Group, Condemns Attack On Senator Okpebholo's Convoy

Following the gruesome attack on the convoy of the All Progressives Congress, APC, gubernatorial candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on Thursday, 18th June 2024, by some hoodlums with some political undertones, the group, Akpakomiza Support Group, has strongly condemned the attack, as the group described it as a "dastardly act".
In a release today, Friday 19th July 2024, signed by the Director of MEDIA, of the group, Mrs. Uche, the statement reads in part:
"....The members and leadership of the Group, AKPAKOMIZA SUPPORT GROUP, condemns in strongest terms, the attack on the All Progressives Congress, APC, gubernatorial candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo's Convoy on Thursday, 18th June, 2024..."
"...it was with rude shock that we received the news of the brutal attack on the convoy of our Principal, an incident that resulted to the death of one of his security details..."
"As we pray for the repose of the soul of the late policeman, we also pray that God grant his family and loved ones the fortitude to bear this loss..."
The group also used this opportunity to remind all those that are remotely or directly responsible for the heinous crime to be aware that karma is real, and that their ambition to hold on to the political leadership of Edo State, is not worth the blood of anyone.
The group, Akpakomiza Support Group, therefore advised those response for the attack, to pursue their ambition within the ambit of the law.
