Okpebholo is interested -Edo State Security Corps Coordinator By: Our Correspondent Contrary to the insinuations of some people, that the kidnap suspects arrested around Ewu, in Esan Central Local Government Area, Edo state, on Sunday the 25th of January 2026 will be released by the police after a while in their custody, the Edo Central Coordinator of Edo state Security Corps, Hon. By: Oriaifoh Godwins Edo state has been relatively peaceful in the past one year of Governor Monday Okpebholo's administration. However, the state, has been witnessing questionable  pockets of criminalities in recent times. Senator Monday Okpebholo, the governor of Edo state, on assumption of office, maintained that he has zero tolerance for criminal activities and all form of criminalities. He maintained this stand to the extent that a number of criminal elements that were hitherto having their field day in the state, went under.
