DEPLORABLE CONDITION OF BENIN/AUCHI HIGHWAY, AN EYESORE. -Prof. Chris Imumolen

The Presidential candidate of Accord, in the 2023 General election, Professor Chris Imumolen, has called on the contractor, Dantata and Sawoe, handling the dualization work of the Benin/Auchi highway to as a matter of urgency, commence work in other to ease the sufferings that Nigerians plying the road go through on a daily basis.
Professor Imumolen made this call on Saturday, August 10 2022 in a chat with newsmen at his country home, in Ehanlen-Ekpoma, Esan west local government area of Edo state.
Describing the road as 'an eyesore', Professor Imumolen laments the losses, in terms of time, materials and cash that people inccure on a daily basis as a result of the deplorable condition of the road.
Speaking, he said, the time has come for Nigeria to have a responsive government that will be accountable and responsible to the people that voted them into power.
Continuing, the Accord Presidential candidate said; '... people in government are servants of the people, hence they are expected at all time to be responsive to the yearnings of the people...' It cannot be otherwise.
According to Professor Imumolen, Accord is one party that is poised, ready and able to change the fortune of Nigeria for the better, saying it's a new dawn and deviation from the old order.
