The people of Edo state, has been assured that the coming Edo state Governorship election will be the freest and most violent free election that will ever be recorded in the history of Nigeria, as the ranting and vituperation of Governor Godwin Obaseki and his co-travellers as well as their scamming of Edo people, is the last kick of a dying rat.
In an exclusive interview with Winning Media Online, Chief Okoinemen who so described the statements allegedly made by Governor Obaseki, such as "Nigeria will burn.....", "The coming election is a do or die", etc, added that; "even the kick of a dying rat, is more potent than all the rantings of this failed governor".
"No governor that mean well for the people and the state will make such inflammatory statements. This has further proven that the governor of Edo state do not give a damn about whatever happens in the state. He can choose to throw Edo state into turmoil, so long as he is able to achieve his personal interests, and in this case, the imposition of Asuelimen Ighodalo on the people of Edo state......".
Chief Okoinemen, who expressed joy that the incoming governor of Edo state, Senator Monday Okpebholo, is a man with a Human face, a man that has empathy for the people, will surely turn things around for good, for the state.
Concluding, Chief Oduma advised all well meaning Edo people to come out en masse to vote for Senator Monday Okpebholo, saying;
"There is no cause for alarm, the election will be very peaceful, free and fair".
