Former Speaker, Edo state House of Assembly, EDHA, Rt. Hon. Kebiru Adjoto, in his recent chat with a team of Journalists in Ibilo, Akoko-Edo local government area of Edo state, said, defecting from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, back to the All Progressives Congress, APC, is like leaving the devil, to follow the angel.

According to Adjoto; "...we went to PDP on a mission of discovery, but we discovered nothing, and those that are still there, will discover nothing. It is a confused party".

"We are back to the Home we helped to build. APC, by God's grace, come September 21st, Akpakomiza will be declared the duly elected governor of Edo state. You can take that to the bank"

"I have contested elections five times, I won in some, and lost in some, I am a consultant when it comes to election winning and election loosing, and as it stands today, Akpakomiza will win the election in Edo state".

Continuing, Rt. Hon. Kebiru Adjoto, revealed that, in Akoko-Edo local government area, a local government of about forty five towns and villages, every ward has one APC project or the other; saying, when he was Speaker, Edo state House of Assembly, he attracted a number of projects to so many areas; that Hon. Akpatason attracted projects to so many areas, so also, Hon. Agbabi did; but in contrary, the only legacy project that can be attributed to the PDP in Akoko-Edo, is the road to Ikakumo, a road of about 12 kilometres for which contract was awarded for the past seven years, and today, only three kilometres of the road, has been done. This, Adjoto said, is an abysmal failure of the part of the PDP.

Adjoto, who said, within four years, Oshiomhole constructed the Igarra to Ososo road, a road of about 32 kilometres, but in seven years, the PDP government are unable to finish the construction of a 12 kilometres road, added that "Here in Ibilo, are presence of several APC projects, including Federal, State and Local Government projects, but such thing cannot be said of any PDP project".

"In view of this, as it stands today, PDP will loose this coming election; they will fail yakata, and they will never rise in Akoko-Edo, in Edo state and in Nigeria". Adjoto concluded.
