Californium: Why Boko Haram Continue To Thrive In Nigeria - Major Al Mustapha rtd.

Major Hamza Mustapha Rtd, who was the Chief Security Officer, CSO, to a one time Nigeria Head of state, late General Sanni Abacha, in a viral video, has revealed that, Californium, a rare precious stone and one of the most expensive in the world, costing about $27m a gram, is one of the reasons why Boko Haram is still having their field day in the North East, as many high and mighty people, in and outside Nigeria, are profiteering from it; saying he got to know of this, since 1996.

The retired Army Major revealed this in a popular reality Radio and Television talk magazine programme, "Berekete Family", that was aired on the 6th of December, 2022, saying, many of the proxies of the beneficiaries of the rare gem, who usually pose as relief workers, often move into the most dreaded part of Sambisa forest where even the military are careful going into and they return unhurt. “What are they going to do there?” He asked rhetorically.


Again, Al Mustapha who also revealed in same video that the recurrent oil spillage that are always experienced by the people of the Niger Delta, where environmental degradation that often result to destruction of farmlands and rivers hence affect the livelihood and health of the people, are deliberate actions to produce one of the raw materials for producing nuclear weapon. He explained that over time, the spilled oil becomes solidified and the solid state is one of the materials they need for the production of nuclear weapon.
